Probably 400.
The deal with this thread is there is no way to just guess numbers on horsepower. The Depending on a variety of things such as, condition of every part like injectors, pump, trans, compression, etc, etc. Then you have the tuning of things, and with a mechanical injected diesel tuning is a big deal. So for someone to be able to guess horsepower and torque and say they are sure thats where it is... is just crazy.
The only true way to know is to strap it to the rollers.

200-800 horsepower, depending on your age.

although they advertize 160 from the factory, its closer to 200 stock. so i would say its close to 220 right now. And when u get a fuel pin, upgrade your fuel delivery. electric lift pump, new lines (i have 3/8 fuel line), draw straw, and high flow filters, and last but most important, 3200 gov spring. If u get injectors with that ur probly lookin at 250-310 depending on which injectors u get. But honestly, if u plan on lots of hp, get rid of that auto tranny and get an nv4500.

auto tranny is coming out very soon. i cant stand my 518 and the non-lock up converter! i may do a getrag over the nv4500 as it would be more of a direct mount up and i have heard bad things about the NV. but first order would be finding a donor truck.

There are more bad things to say about the getrag than the nv by far.
