i have a buddy who has a 92 cummins flatbed that blows so much smoke you cant see the ass end of that pickup for about a mile or two.thick black smoke just billows out of that truck.do you also have a bully dog fuel pin or just injectors and housing?

Bigrich, did u turn the pump up yet?

bigrich 05-31-2007 05:41 PM

not yet man im still waitn.ill hopefully have it turned up by the weekend.i turned up the smoke screw i noticed a little more smoke when i start the truck and when i pin it from a dead stop it puffs a little but nothi to write home about.

I turned my fuel pin a little yesterday, noticed a big difference wide open throttle and more smoke. Still waitin on gauges before I do anymore. I should be alright with that as long as I don't hold the throttle down for a long time.

Do you have a pyro, and if you have any specific questions, I'd be happy to answer them for you. It's pretty easy to do, just be careful and pay attention. There is a small washer on each side of the banjo fitting on the diaphragm cover. Be careful not to lose it. Only take you about 10 minutes to turn the pin, if u want to try it out

dont hold it pinned for a long time and watch your foot when your pullin a grade or haulin a load.youll be fine.do you have an auto or manual trans
