5g is too good of a deal to pass up. Plus he ran a new straight pipe that actually exits out the rear. But it's pretty much MY old truck, plus a new running awesome motor. You really cant beat that. It's still gonna be a project, but at least I know I can get from point a to point b without blowing it up or running outta oil or whatever else :tu:

Yes I'll be checking the oil religously lol

Do you not see the crticism in this thread towards me? Thats not needed either.[/QUOTE]

Yes it's not needed, but everyone just remembers the old threads that you had. Like I said, everyone will re answer the same old questions but I think you just rub some the wrong way. When you said, you had those gassers, I really didn't care, more power to you, but to some it was like you were just spouting off trying to build yourself up. See where I'm coming from? It's just like me saying, hypathetically, I have a million dollar house, a yacht, etc... True, maybe but do others really care no and it just makes me look like I'm saying I'm better than you because I have this and that, and it rubs some people the wrong way. I'm not trying to pick a fight but it doesn't help to fire back at them. Be the adult and move on when they're knocking you.

I say buy it back and learn from your mistakes. Take care of it, keep the maintance up on it. If something is wrong, don't drive it and fix it. Like right now, my dodge is down because the rockers are loose from my new headgasket, it's still driveable, but why rish damaging something. Yes I miss my dodge, but I'll have it back up and running and I won't have to worry about something being F'd up because I drove it with loose rocker arms because I didn't have the time to adjust them. Yes, we all make mistakes, like I bent 7 of my pushrods awhile back because I did something really stupid.

If I was smart I would have noticed something was wrong instead of trying to drive the truck and wait for it to magically fix itself.

Yes, that was my very first headgasket replacement. That's me not thinking or asking questions, and just jumping in the truck right away and trying to drive it which by the way, I didn't get very far at all

I'm still interested in that pump if in fact it is a 180.
