headliner removal?
#3
You have to remove all the trim panels from the front around the windshield, the back tan ones around the rear window and the ones on the center post (if you have a mega/quad cab). Basically any tan colored parts have to be removed. As well as the sunvisors and sunvisor clips and center console and grab handles.
Its a bit of time consuming work, but can be done. Make sure you hands and tools are clean to keep from leaving nasty grease marks on your head liner, they are a pain to get out.

You can get the headliner out without removing the back window. you have to fold your seats down flat and weasel it out one of the front doors if I remember right.
I had to replace my back window a few years ago, and it still leaked, so pulled headliner and gooped it up good so it wouldnt leak
