Battery Drain after engine rebuild

Battery Drain after engine rebuild
Been fighting a battery drain issue that will drain the batteries in a couple days on a 07 5.9 6spd rc. Whole issue started after truck sat a couple months while motor was rebuilt, as soon as it was reinstalled the batteries started draining. Truck has brand new batteries in it.
Possible have narrowed it down to fuse 11 and unhooked the radio, cluster, headlights and overhead console to eliminate them but still seems to be happening. What other items are on this fuse that need to check out, no satellite radio or hands free connect. Was seeing some mention of the seat belt tensioner keeping the timer going if not locking after 30 minutes but that was mainly on 2nd gen would it be the same on 3rd gen?
Is there somewhere else that should be checked out since started after motor change was wondering if something under the hood could have been overlooked.
Thanks
