Default 2006 cummins ecm cleaning help

I have a 2006 5.9 CTD I have an intermittent camshaft performance CEL. I have replaced sensor , checked all grounds cleaned and replaced battery's and found out that when I press on the ecm harness on the block the code will go away for 30 miles or so Untill i wiggle the harness again. I'm assuming this means the wire is loose or I need to clean ecm. How do I do this? What will happen when I pull harness off ecm, what holds all wires in the harness? Please help , thanks

JUST DISCONNECT YOUR BATTERIES AND THEN REMOVE THE BOLT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CONNECTOR. Pull off and clean the assembly check for corroded or burnt pins. Most likely just a loose wire or broken wire. Use electronic cleaner good luck! At least your tach isn't jumping around and or not working!
