Looks like Mercedes specifies MobilTrans SHC DC which according to the Carbonite article is "elusive".
Delvac 50 is the closest to that oil.

i havent seen that before. what i saw on their website said to use the delvac 50

Yes. I thinned mine with Amsoil synchromesh as I found straight Delvac 50 too stiff shifting cold in the winter even here in San Diego. We're lucky along the coast to hit lower 30's for a few weeks. Straight Delvac 50 seems to work fine for most guys.
What I miss is the dmf stock clutch silenced G-56. I contacted LUK eight yrs ago about offering a 60+ hp dmf good for mild towing. I guess they didn't think there was a market.
