Default Bad Flex Plate or Torque Convert? Rough Idle and Tinny Sounds

I have an 06, 5.9 w/ 48RE. No Tuner all it has is a bag of parts and 60HP dragon fly injectors

I have had the rough idle for a while and have went thought the whole fuel system and it doesnt seem to be there. While driving it is starting to shimmy shake a little. Sometimes when at high speeds and let off the throttle I can hear the tinny tap as well. Then while in park, only after it is warm and has been drove. There is a tinny sounding tap or knock that seems to be coming from the middle of the drivers door to the middle of the back door.

I was wondering if it could be the flex plate. Took the window cover off and I didnt see any shavings or anything. and it doesnt seem to grind at start.

Any Ideas would be appreciated

hanging starter or TQ bolt backed out!

Would it be the starter if it's got almost a belt sounding squeel at idle coming from behind the motor?
