I'm pretty sure I don't have any leaks. Like I said it'll run about 55 psi without a problem, just hot. By cleaning the intercooler i assume you mean making sure the outside fins are clear of buildup, and it's pretty clean. I am running the stock exhaust manifold, but I can't see a 3 piece making a couple hundred degrees difference. I would imagine it might drop it 50-75 deg, am I right?

Many people set up twins incorrectly. You want to tune the twins so that drive pressure and boost are at about a 1:1 ratio and close to a 50/50 split on the two turbos.
Often people forget to LOWER the boost of the top turbo creating a situation where the top turbo is doing most of the work, over spinning. With the wastegate actuator set too high (for twins set the actuator to open at 25psi for most cases) high drive pressures result which impedes the flow to the bottom turbo. You want the top turbo to light fast so that it can "wake" the bottom turbo faster.
If you leave the top turbo to wastegate at a higher (or stock setting) it can result in higher temps and greater drive pressure because the air is forced to go through the turbine wheel instead of bypassing the wheel and going directly to spool up the bottom turbo.

Good info. My problem however isn't necessarily at WOT when boost/drive pressure is high, it's low rpm highway speed and taking off from a red light. It just runs hot daily driving. I think I need some 200's or 250's to get those things spooled and get the air moving.
