Default crank positioning sensor

I had a code a while back about the cpk, the check engine light went out. it never ran funny at all. now the truck has sat for 2 weeks and it wont start. the lift pump isnt coming on and thats the first red flag but it wont even fire. Im wondering if the cpk will make it not run?

I don't believe there is a crank positioning senor. But there is a Cam positioning senor located underneath the VP44 and towards the block. This will cause a no running condition. It takes a 5mm hex head socket and about 12" of extensions to get to it. The sensor will run i think around 60 dollars but yet still better than not running at all.

'99 should still have both sensors.
