Default Which transmission should I buy?!

I'm looking to upgrade my transmission here soon and can't decide on what to buy, my 47re has about 72k on it. I have no issues with it but its one of the last things I need to upgrade. I've already put a injection pump, turbo, exhaust, stage 2 intake on the truck already. I plan on getting 75hp injectors, fass fuel system and the new smarty touch tuner, I'm torn between a ats stage 2 or a redline stage 3

Without knowing details of the turbo and other upgrades its hard to tell. You should have started with the FASS. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge hooked up?

From my research, It looks to be cheaper to do a trans swap. Based on how I would want my 47re built it would be in the $4200 in parts ball park plus labor to rebuild it. But I have found where I can get all the goodies to swap it to a nv4500 for about $3500 plus shipping. That's with all brand new trans with updates, clutch, and hydros. Doing the swap doesn't look difficult. I feel I have read just about every thread when it comes to doing the swap. But in the end your transmission path should reflect your wants/needs for the truck. If you want to go fast go auto, if you want to pull heavy get a manual.
