I have seen airdogs aerate fuel, there can also be a small leak on the feed to the airdog.
and you do not want to add any timing to the hrvp. they are designed to be used as an extra power boost at a stock setting. i have ran built vp pumps in the past, the only one woth it in my eyes is a monster mike pump, i am back to an sovp and i do not have this issue. 7x14 sac injectors can flow a good bit of fuel.

Basically the issue is going to be in the lift pump, the line going to the lift pump, or the hrvp44
