Upgrading the Workhorse
My workhorse for the past few years has been a 1999 3500 Chassis Cab, 24V 5.9 Cummins, 5-Speed, 4x4, Dually, Custom Aluminum Bed.
We just put a goosneck on it finally and have been pushing the limits of our class C licenses. Since then I decided that it needed the two important types of power, stopping and going.
It's not like the brakes aren't good, and the 5.9 doesn't have power, but everything can be better.
So we picked up a PacBrake and MBRP downpipe from Xtreme Diesel Performance
Specifically:
C44074 DirectMount PRXB Max Flow Exhaust Brake
C11342 Exhaust Adapter
The one on the right (4") compared to the one supplied in the kit on the left (3")
4" Aluminized Downpipe DAL401
We also grabbed and Edge Juice w/Attitude and CTS from someplace on Amazon (cheapest)
Specifically:
Next comes the fun part.

Time to remove the factory stuff:
Remove the factory airbox, if you have one, it just pops out.
Pull the factory exhaust elbow, 5 bolts to the turbo, 2 to the downpipe, weren't that tight.
Quick look at it if anybody ever wondered.
Pull the ridiculously long factory downpipe out.
Is that a factory cross-member? I mean really? It's stupid low and is next on the list for a trim.

Seeing as the PacBrake is Air Actuated(awesome) vs Vacuum(stupid) is comes with a compressor and all kinds of cool accessories.
First thing I did was unbolt the compressor from the mounting bracket, un-plumb it from the system and clip it from the harness (keeping the weatherpack connectors with the harness).
It will be going on the shelf until I can find something to do with it.
For the time being I'm waiting on a bracket kit from Kilby before I can finish the custom wire routing and air line plumbing for the York-210 compressor.
Airboss Bracket Kit "KE-3000B"
Oops, left that bit out initially.
FYI: Kilby is not closed, you just have to email or call orders in, the online shopping cart is turned off while the new owner irons things out. Nice guy, quick to respond, same prices.

Follow up time
10,000mi later, still works great.
The Kilby York Bracket worked out perfect, just slotted the holes and ground down the support rib a bit to slide the compressor back a hair so we could use the OE pulley/clutch. Running air tools and filling up tires is pretty sweet.
I've got it wired up up to two carling contura rocker switches and a shifter momentary
Switch 1: Compressor ON/OFF
Switch 2: PacBrake Control NO Throttle/OFF/Shifter Control
Shifter Momentary: Brake/OFF
I'll try to get a wiring diagram up tonight.
