May sound crazy but I wedge a fork handle behind the throttle arm above the piviot point. set the idle wherever you want, and it's free!!!

 

Is a 'winter front' the same as a piece of cardboard wedged in front of the radiator? I'm planning to do that when I get home today, couldn't feel my legs by the time I got to work this morning....

 

most block off just the grille.

I plan on cutting up and bolting an old mud flap to the grille leaving the bumper area open.

prevents overheat, but also blocks super chilled air from directly hitting the radiator unless the fan comes on to pull air around it.

 

We have a smarty rental program for the high idle update. no need to pay $125 for it.
