nylon washer?

i shaved my washer down to almost nothing and i didnt notice much in a boost gain but i did notice that when it starts up it smokes a little more and if i really get on it that the smoke doesent last as long somebody told me thats because it causes the turbo to spool up faster? idk if its true but it sounded good in theory

with the install of a aftermarket fuel pin, denny t pin at least, you remove the washer, i removed mine but i have two of them for if some reason i do want to shave one and put it in but so far i have plenty of fuel, 38 psi on fuel only with a stock turbo... not good on the little h1c but it was a one time thing to see what the engine was doing. its still the same setup i just keep my foot out of it to make the parts last longer. so personally i say just take the washer out, put it in a ziplock bag and put it in your glove box for when/ if you want to go closer or back to stock fueling some day. hope this helps and have fun experimenting, sorry for the poor spelling.

ok i turned my fuel pin 90* to the most agressive slope on the pin. when pulling the pin out i got it to the loosest position and LIGHTLY pried on the pin to get it out. i turned the pin, and put it back together. when i test drove it, the power had went down. seems like the rack is stuck shut? and on the end of the rack is it rounded nicely like you would be looking at a ball bearing?
