For whatever reason, something has had a drastic overload and taken out a power supply route.
PULL on ALL of the fusible links, even if the insulation looks good.
If they stretch, they need replaced.
Check the ignition switch with another one, just remove the lower half of the upper cover, unplug yours, plug in the substitute and see if it works, if it doesn't you saved yourself the hassle of removing the old one.
Undo the firewall harnees plug, look for seared contacts.
Not shutting off or re-starting points me to the ignition switch.

Just realized you're working with a '90, which has the ignition switch located on the lower end of the column.
Check for linkage issues and obvious melting of the plastic contact block.
Substitution of a known good switch is still suggested.

Mark the ignition is an aftermarket it is where the headlight switch is I have yet to find the fusible link that is bad

Well friends when in doubt ground ground ground ground And after that ground again and maybe 1 more time after that after redoing every ground including the motor and frame and inside the cab i seem to found my problem under the dash were the ground strap connects from there to the firewall after everything has been done it seems to work flawlessly but just for fun i rewired 90 percent of oem thanks for the help guys i owe you.
