how much timing?

you can get them apart, use alot of pb blaster and tap on the bolts and use some more, you can use two of the bolts that hold the exhaust housing to the center to push agaist the center and it will pop apart, maybe a 8lbs hammer to losen it all up, just use light taps, i have heard about snaping the shafts but i put a 60mm compressor wheel on a hx35 shaft with a 14cm housing and it works great and im not very nice to my truck

I ran a hybrid on my 98 put like 75,000 miles on it. Never had any problems until the gear housing cracked and I ran it low on oil, and it went bang. I don't remember for sure, but I think I was running a 62 compressor, and a 14 exhaust. Pushing 55 lbs. of boost. More than enough for what you've got going right now. What about a boost elbow, that might be a good place to start. Just a thought.

about once a month is all it will pull, maybe not even once a month. depends on what the pay out will be for the series.
now that we got another truck around, i wont be pulling a trailer much if any now.
for right now, i think a 64/71 would be the smallest id go if i was putting any money into a turbo
