So I cleaned up the intake, plugged the wg, put in a #6 fuel plate and a full 4" turbo back. It's a standard and from what I can tell a 215 pump? It lit east and also buried a 60# boost guage but ran fairly cool. Well I just went with a super b and I can't get it to spool in 1-3 4&5 it lights good pulls hard and hold 40# but it's still Smokey as all get out... 411s don't help but I am now lost in this and bitten by the bug. I really appreciate any advice our help on this.

 

Not totally sure what your issue actually is by your wording but if it's smoke try tuning it better. Afc, smoke screw, housing and the plate. Afc live may be a good investment into tuning

 

Well problem is I'm not sure about the super b. My cruising egts went up about 100 degrees and at wot it's smoking the same as the holset did which isn't bad but isn't clean. I can hit the wg on the thing in 4&5 so I think it's working good the boost guage is going up to about 40# peak. I have a 3k gsk that I plan on putting in this weekend.

 

the 3 k kit will help ... what injectors are you currently running?

Also have you checked for boost leaks? That charger should light very easy

 

Their stock as far as I can tell and yea, but I'll check again I bet I missed something.
