Default 94 12v tune

I own a 94 12v with 191 delivery valves my fuel plate is pushed forward all the way i need help with my max speed is 80 anything i can do to have more speed

A governer spring kit would do it. Ideally the 4gsk. You will need 60lbs valve springs though if you push over about 32-3400 rpm. Which with stock fuelling is about as much as you'll get out of a stock truck. But still safe to get the springs.

80 doesn't sound right. Mine would easily do well over 100 bone stock, and it was a turd of the highest order. Do you have 4:10's?

80 isnt the max but my rpms are at like 3000 im not sure what it has in it

Even with 4:10s it should be doing way more than 80 at 3K. What size tire?

Are you sure your TC is locking? I was thinking about it on the road today, and remembered that one of my old trannys had an issue with the lockup not engaging once, and 75mph was about all I could get out of it. That was before the GSK as well, pretty sure it was all tapped out around 2500rpm.

Mine will only do 84mph. So that's not too far off. Get the valve springs first. While you are in the go ahead and adjust the valve lash to .008 for the intake and .018 for the exhaust. This will give you better throttle responose when you go to upgrade the governor springs. And also have someone that knows what they are doing and have the injection pump timing advanced to 15- 17°

heck 3rd in lock with 3.55's and 265's I am doin 72 @ 3200 ... something is either slipping or your not getting lock up ...
