Default diesel upgrades

just bought my first diesel. ive always been a chevy guy so i am new to dodges. i bought a 95 12 valve with a manual transmission. its in perfect shape inside and out and everything is stock and im interested in doing some major upgrades. my limit is $10,000... i am going all out. but i still want it to be something i can drive on a regular basis. i am very savvy with cars, but unfamiliar with deisels. any suggestions on particular brands of aftermarket turbos and other parts i should look into?

I would recomend with getting the killer dowel pin dealt with first.
Then i would go for the egt, fuel pressure gauge.
then you could go with air filter, exhaust, ect.

get some gauges, exhaust and intake first. and id get that KDP fixed. then jump in you afc and crank that thing up. id recommend getting a new fuel plate too, makes a huge difference.. then get you some performance injectors and a bigger turbo with a boost elbow. and your gonna need a new clutch after all that. youll roast the stock one in seconds with all that power. if you got 10k.. spend it on brands your trust and are well known
