I just put 1 on mine 2 weeks ago and the bracket worked perfectly, quad cab short box, between the tank and transfer case. Is there a difference?

Good job and pics, after looking at the pics I am wondering if it makes a differance it you plug up the old line on the tank or leave it open.

I noticed that your return pipe is pointing twards the fuel cap, if you took the fuel cap off when the pump is running would you get a bath?

I'm going get one when tax checks come in but don't have a lift.

Probably your best bet to plug it up to prevent any diesel fuel leaking from the diesel fuel sloshing around. and to prevent from unwanted things getting inside your tank.

That would be funny to see . if that much fuel is being sent back to come out and fly at him thats some crazy stuff.

You dont need a lift, just a jack and a helpin hand on a weekend

May as well go get some ramps now and get it over with. NAPA sells a good heavy duty set.

Yes, plug the open line with a cap and hose clamp to keep debris out and fuel in.

That is how it is supposed to mount. There is no enough pressure for it to blow fuel out of the filler neck. I always leave mine running when I fill up and there are no issues.

Get one...you'll be happy with it.
